The Martina project redefines outdoor living with a custom timber framed roofline, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and an expansive alfresco dining and living area. Donnybrook sandstone sets the stage, highlighting a striking open fireplace and bar area, while a negative detailed lined feature ceiling adds architectural interest.
Hardwood beams and posts complement the space’s natural materials, with a custom made jarrah picture framed BBQ kitchen unit featuring a stone paver top. The clean lines of the stone paver floor extend along the front of the timber framed verandah, enhancing the flow between indoor and outdoor spaces. Behind the stone clad bar, Hardies Stria feature cladding provides texture, and cedar weatherboards complete the cladding of the main house. Marri timber tops the bar, adding warmth and a touch of luxury to this exceptional outdoor space.
